- For adults: Collect 8-10 mL of blood each in 2 special Plus Aerobic bottles
- For children under 12 years: Collect 2 mL of blood each in 2 Special Paeds Plus bottles
- Mix the blood gently by swirling the bottles to ensure proper distribution
- Ship the samples at room temperature to the laboratory
