Overview
The Executive Officers Panel Test is intended for routine preventive health screening of working professionals and executives. It is designed to detect early signs of metabolic syndrome, diabetes, dyslipidemia, liver dysfunction, kidney impairment, thyroid abnormalities, anemia, infections, and blood disorders. By identifying deviations from normal reference ranges at an early stage, this panel enables timely lifestyle modifications and clinical interventions, thereby reducing the long-term risk of chronic disease. The inclusion of blood grouping is also useful for maintaining medical records in case of emergencies or surgical procedures.

Sample Collection
A strict 12-hour overnight fast is mandatory. Water is permitted. Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before the test. Inform the phlebotomist about any medications you are currently taking. Wear loose-fitting clothing with easy access to the arm.
Method: Venipuncture
Laboratory Analysis
A trained phlebotomist will collect blood via venipuncture from a vein in the forearm. Three separate tubes will be drawn: a Grey Top (Sodium Fluoride) tube for glucose, an SST tube for serum chemistry, and a Lavender Top (EDTA) tube for CBC and blood grouping. The procedure typically takes 5–10 minutes.
Report Delivery
Apply gentle pressure to the puncture site with cotton for 3–5 minutes. Avoid heavy lifting with the collection arm for a few hours. You may resume normal eating and activities immediately after sample collection. Mild bruising at the site is normal and resolves within a few days.
Timeline: Same day to next working day. Digital reports are delivered via online portal, email, and WhatsApp.

Doctor's Notes
Reviewed by Dr Pasupathy Arumugam — MBBS, MD (Pathology) · Reg. No. 21521
"As an internal medicine specialist, I frequently recommend the Executive Officers Panel Test for professionals leading demanding lifestyles. Chronic stress, irregular eating habits, prolonged sitting, and inadequate sleep can silently impair liver, kidney, metabolic, and thyroid function. This panel provides a broad baseline assessment covering fasting glucose, liver enzymes, kidney markers, lipid levels, thyroid function, and a complete blood count in a single visit. Early detection of deviations from normal parameters allows timely lifestyle modifications and medical intervention, significantly reducing the risk of chronic disease progression. I advise executives aged 30 and above to undergo this screening at least once annually."
