Negative

Pathogenic or likely pathogenic CIZ1 variant detected. This supports a genetic contribution to cervical dystonia and should prompt neurologist evaluation and family counselling.
Variant of Uncertain Significance
A DNA change was found but its clinical significance is unclear. Additional family testing and clinician correlation may be needed.
