- Blood/Bone Marrow: Collect 8 mL in Myco F/Lytic bottle, mix by gentle inversion 8-10 times, ship at 18-22°C.
- CSF: Collect 2 mL in Red Top tube, ship refrigerated.
- Sputum/Urine: Submit 2 spot morning samples in sterile containers, ship refrigerated.
- Other fluids: Submit in sterile containers with minimal volume, ship refrigerated.
