Understanding Your Results

Partial positivity may indicate a specific tumour subtype or disease pattern. Additional markers or molecular tests may be recommended by the pathologist for a definitive conclusion.
A single positive marker may provide supportive evidence but may not be sufficient for a definitive diagnosis. Further clinical and pathological correlation is advised.
Negative staining for all three markers does not completely rule out disease. The pathologist may recommend repeat testing with a different marker panel or alternative diagnostic approaches.
