Sample Collection
A duly filled Test Send Out Consent Form (Form 35) is mandatory before sample collection. Inform the healthcare provider about all current medications, including over-the-counter drugs and supplements. The sample should ideally be collected as a trough level, just before the next scheduled dose of mesoridazine, for the most clinically meaningful results.
