How to Prepare
- Collect peritoneal dialysate in sterile screw-capped containers at the specified time points: 0 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, overnight, and 24 hours.
- Collect 24-hour urine in a clean sterile container; measure and record the total volume.
- Collect 2 mL serum in an SST and 2 mL plasma in a Grey Top (sodium fluoride) tube.
- Label all containers clearly with patient name, time point, and collection date.
- Ship samples refrigerated immediately. Do not freeze.
