Method: Venipuncture or clean-catch midstream urine

How to Prepare
- For blood: Collect in an EDTA vacutainer, mix gently by inverting 8-10 times.
- For urine: Collect midstream urine in a sterile container, avoid first morning urine.
- Label the sample with patient name, date, and time of collection.
- Transport the sample to the laboratory at 2-8°C within 24 hours.
