How to Prepare
- Blood: Collect in EDTA vacutainer, mix gently, and transport at 2-8°C within 24 hours.
- Urine: Collect midstream urine in a sterile container, transport at 2-8°C.
- CSF: Collect in sterile tube, transport at 2-8°C.
- Swabs: Use viral transport medium, maintain cold chain.
