How to Prepare
- For sputum: Collect first morning sample on 3 consecutive days
- For blood: Use 1-5 mL in EDTA or ACD tubes, and 3 mL in Myco F/Lytic bottle
- For urine: Collect 100 mL first morning urine over 3 consecutive days
- For tissues or fluids: Use sterile containers with normal saline if needed
- All specimens must be collected aseptically and shipped refrigerated
