Positive TdT: Suggests an immature lymphoid neoplasm such as B- or T-lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma.
Negative TdT: More consistent with mature lymphoid neoplasms or reactive conditions, but does not exclude malignancy.
Indeterminate: May require additional markers, repeat sampling, or correlation with bone marrow biopsy.
