Sample Collection
Provide maternal date of birth, LMP or ultrasound date, IVF status, number of fetuses, diabetic status, body weight in kg, smoking history, and previous history of Trisomy 21 pregnancy. Fill the Maternal Serum Screen requisition form (Form 11).
Method: Venipuncture
