How to Prepare
- Collect 3 mL bone marrow aspirate in one green top (Sodium Heparin) tube
- Collect 4 mL whole blood in two green top tubes
- Mix samples thoroughly

- Include 2-3 unstained bone marrow or peripheral smears if possible
