Sample Collection
Overnight fasting is preferred. Mandatory information: sample time point (chemotherapy time points), previous diagnostic immunophenotype report, clinical history including anti-CD38 therapy status, original TRF, date and time of sample draw.
Method: Venipuncture and bone marrow aspiration
Laboratory Analysis

- Collect 3 mL whole blood in EDTA tube
- Collect 3 mL bone marrow aspirate in Sodium Heparin tube
- Prepare 1-2 unstained bone marrow smears at source
- Ship samples refrigerated or at specified temperatures without freezing
