Sample Collection
Overnight fasting is preferred. Avoid anabolic steroids, gemfibrozil, heparin therapy, asparaginase, estrogens, gestodene, and oral contraceptives for 3 days prior. Complete Coagulation Requisition Form (Form 15) and Test Send Out Consent Form (Form 35).
