How to Prepare
- Collect 4 mL (2 mL min.) bone marrow in a green top (Sodium Heparin) tube or 5 mL (3 mL min.) whole blood
- Maintain sample at room temperature (18-22°C)
- Do not freeze the sample
- Complete the Chromosome & FISH analysis Requisition Form (Form 17) before collection
- Transport sample to the laboratory within 48 hours of collection
