Sample Collection
Prior to sample collection, ensure a duly filled Chromosome & FISH analysis Requisition Form (Form 17) is prepared. Abstain from ejaculation for 2-5 days to optimize sperm quality. Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and tobacco for at least 48 hours before collection.

The sample is collected via masturbation into a sterile, screw-capped container provided by the lab. Maintain hygiene to prevent contamination. The container should be labeled correctly and kept at room temperature.
